Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to all KS1 primary school pupils (aged 5-7) in the UK, except for relatives of National Schools Partnership and TOTAL employees. Please get consent from your parent/guardian before entering.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entries should be made in accordance with the instructions and must be received by 2nd December 2009. Entries will not be returned.
4. The competition will run from 14th September 2009 to 2nd December 2009.
5. There will be no cash alternative to the prizes awarded.
6. The design judged most eye catching by the judges will be deemed the winner. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The school submitting the most entries will win a £300 voucher for classroom equipment and a Little Learners goody bag for every pupil in the school. The winning pupil will win an annual family Merlin Attractions Pass.
8. Winners will be notified in writing by 11th December 2009.
9. By entering this competition you grant TOTAL and the National Schools Partnership the right to copy the poster, creative and derivative works and publish (with the child's first name, age and school name) in any form and medium. The winners first name and county will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to National Schools Partnership, One Hardwick's Square, Wandsworth, London, SW18 3AW.
